I read the overclock guides and FAQs and basicly understand. currently my computer is:
MSI k8n neo4 sli plat
Athlon 64 3000+ with zalman 7000cu and artic silver 5 (runs at 34-37)
corsair 3200XL 2-2-2-5 (512x2)
gforce 6600GT
think thats basicly all you need to know
I will test what I know with this system, but I have a 64 4000+ I want to install. nothing hardcore. What kind of speeds would I expect? Any problems I will have with the 4000 that I might not have with the 3000? any advice on anything? I got rubbing alcohol to remove the artic silver 5 from the heatsink and CPU, this good enough?
