Vista Business 64-bit
I'm trying to help my brother over the phone. He has an unsigned driver that is not allowing him to boot into the OS. I told him to hit F8 during boot-up to get to the Advanced Boot Options, but he claims there is no option to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement. He says his only options are Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command Prompt, Last Known Good Configuration, and Start Windows Normally.
Does anyone have any idea why he's not seeing the other six options that should be there? I've never seen this problem before. I also have Vista Business 64-bit and I see all of the options. He cannot boot into Safe Mode and Last Known Good Configuration does not fix the problem.
