Soo, I just traded my Macbook for a Kinect and some cash.. Figured it would be fun to mess with.. I was planning on using the cash to buy some games for it but after looking at the current selection and the upcoming selection, it all looks like crap.
Current and Future game list..
Sports -> Fitness -> Disney -> Fitness -> Dance -> Fitness -> Sports..
1 driving game (Drive w/ no wheel wtf?) and 1 crappy fighting game..
I started looking at Trailers for new upcoming games and here is what I see.
Child of Eden
Has a lot of WOW factor to it.. Reminds me of that game on the PS3 called FLOW. There is no explanation of game play, just a lot of fast moving colored blobs.
Project Draco
2 guys riding dragons for 30 seconds... Thats it.. srsly..
Rise of Nightmares
Shows 2 zombie looking people for about 1/2 second each.. Credits in Japanese.. Whut?
Are there any Non-Kid games comming out that are not fitness based? I would like to see some kind of game based on problem/puzzle solving. Am I missing some better list? or is the Kinect doomed to be "Just for Kids" for the next year at least. Where the Hell is Mortal Kombat lol.. Im thinking they just went overboard with the games that make you flail like a retard and did not even bother with creating games that require careful articulation...
