Adobe Premiere Pro problem

i have just downed the trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro 3.0. i have been using win movie maker before this and, need somthing a bit more indepth. anyway i have been using it for a few hours now and i have a problem, i managed to close a few of the little windows withing the main window and i cant get them back! anyone know if you can retore all the defalt windows?

If you want to go back to the editing workspace goto Window-->workspace-->editing.

well i tryed that and for some reason my timeline is blanked out, i cant seam to drag and drop anything onto it even though its there now? very odd... everything is there now but its just the timeline doesnt have the video 1, video 2, audio 1 audio 2 ect... its just blank so i can add anything to it?
