Adobe issue....

I have a copy of CS3 that I had installed on a machine and activated it.... well.... the problem is that the machine crashed and I had to reformat. Now when I go to activate it's saying it's already been activated.(couldn't go back in and deactivate as the machine was borked!) Any way to get around this(legally and above board) or will I have to wait for Adobe to open back up on Saturday before I can get it to work?
