Not sure how or why, but if I use the Disk Management applet, it takes longer than it used to to just start up. The Volume list at the top of the panel appears reasonably soon, but the botto panel, with tiles for each drive that takes forever to appear. And even when it does, the scroll bar on the right side of the window is frozen.
How do i fix this?
