Can someone tell me how to boost my frames to be at 100fps in CS using a Radeon 9700 PRO CAT. 3.10s.

I want to know how to set my refresh rate to 100hz so i can run cs in 100 or 99fps
 
Hi,

Unless you have a monitor that can support 100hz, you can change it in the display option. "Display, Settings, Advanced, Monitor, Change Refresh".
