I might be being a total noob here, but I have just realised that you can control the fan on your graphics card thru Ati Tool. By clicking settings, and going to fan control, you can change the speed to be on permently 100%. If left on auto, it increases the fan the more temperture on the card. Before when it was on auto I could hit a core speed on my X800XT of 540, but changing it to run at 100% all the time has allowed me to hit 560.
Like I say many people may already know this, but if you didnt, then its worth looking into. :D , I now have my X800XT at 561/580
Does any1 know if leaving it on 100% all the time does it any harm?

not for teh card but for the fan...it won't last as long as it's suppose to.. but when it breaks.. ur card would be obsolute anyways
