Adds appear to cause screen to scroll to top

Something new is happening where when I click the link to be brought to the forum post I last saw, the page initially loads in the right spot, but then it scrolls all the way to the top. It appears to be related the the banner ad.
 
Any particular ad doing it?
Currently seeing a range rover ad in my mother tongue but nothing weird.
 
This video isn't great for capturing it, but it sort of shows what i am talking about.

I click a link and can scroll down a page, then I see the add at the top shift up slightly and cause the page to scroll back to the top. This is every time. I have cleared my cache and tried again.

Here's another video. Sorry its a shitty recording with Skype. It's choppy, but anytime I click a link that brings me to the middle of an existing forum thread, after a couple seconds it autoscrolls to the top.

OK, I have blocked ads for that domain. Will take a while to propagate. Ping me back and let me know what you see.
 
Cleared my cache a second time today and I haven't seen the issue. Will close for now.
