Additives for cleaning/flushing a loop?

Anyone one have suggestions on what to put in a loop just temporarily to clean/flush it. I just put together my first build and everything is ready to go, just waiting on a new PSU because my Seasonic came DOA from newegg. I was able to hook up a second computer just to run the pump, get the bubbles out, and leak test. However, I noticed a slight residue on the inside of my reservoir after filling up and air purging. All parts are brand new. I disassembled the raystorm and cleaned it prior to installing and I flushed the radiator early on. I did not want to disassemble the heatkiller block for my 680 though. So I'm guessing that and/or the tubing caused the film. Any ideas on cleaning?
