2GB Corsair RAM (two sticks)
Gigabyte P35C-DS3R

I'm planning on upgrading to Vista 64. My PC already uses at most 1.8GB when working with photoshop and lightroom on XP. I want to add a series of 4GB (2x2)Corsair RAM for a total of 6GB.

I remember from years ago that adding more RAM might not make the PC stable?

You Should Be Fine Because You Have Not Overclocked It Yet If It Does It Should Not Be That Big Of A Difference

Some people run into stability issues with their overclocks while using four DIMMs because it puts more strain on the memory controller. The only way to know for sure is to try it yourself. If you do have problems, you can either put up with a lower overclock, or take out the 2GB kit and just run with 4GB total.

Please stop capitalizing every word in your posts. It's very irritating and makes them difficult to read.
