Adding memory to overclocked system

My system came overclocked from the builder,and has been stable from the day I bought it. I'd like to add another 6GB of memory,I have a Dominator kit identical to the one installed. I'm not very familiar with overclocking,my question is,can I just install the memory as is,or will changes need to be made in the bios to preserve my overclock?
