Adding a File to Every Folder at Once

I have a hard drive that I store all my music on and there is one specific file that I would like to put in every folder and every folder that is made from now on. Is there any simple way to do this instead of just copy/paste to every single folder?
 
May I ask why you want to do that, prior to suggesting something?
 
I'd like to add a text file to every folder for lyrics. I still want blank text files in albums that I have not put lyrics into yet just because I have problems with consistency and need every folder to have the file. I know it sounds stupid but it matters to me and, in this case, that's what is important.
 
i think he want to upload them and post them on warez site
and as all files wil hav a text file having his site or his identity it will inshort advertise his work

hmm i dont think their is any that kind of way to do
u can try
a virus if u want blank file
(newfolder.exe ) one lol
