Add ID3 tags from filename automatically

I found an old collection of music, but all the songs are missing information tags. The filenames are in the format

### - Artist Name - The Song Title.mp3
Where ### is the song number in 3 digits (ie 001, 002 ... 454) but since its not from one cd i guess i don't even need to keep that.

Is there a program that will read the filenames and then write in the correct ID3 tags so it is sorted correctly by itunes?

foobar has a freedb client that does it. However it works best if it's for an entire CD and not a single piece of audio.

FB2K can guess tags from filenames if you set it up correctly.
