Adaptec sata raid sleep problem.

Hello, I have a strange problem with adaptec 5405 raid controller under windows 8 pro 64. After sleep mode it crashes and gives a BSOD with dpc_watchdog_violation message. Firmware and drivers are the latest. I test all power management options for pci express (max, off, moderate) and still nothing. Sleep mode work perfect without the raid controller. The minidump file point a problem with a arcsas.sys file which is an adaptec's driver file. From the other hand, adaptec, says that sleep-awake works fine with tha type of controller after test it at labs. If there is any idea please let me know.
