Does anyone have the instructions and program to re-flash the bios on the Adaptec 6 & 7 series cards?

There is some kind of utility program, and instructions on using the jumper?

(card crashed? All lights are on, is not seen in bios or device manager)
Worked well for a year, and when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 I had problems and had to install and reinstall the card several times. Last time it stopped working.
 
No I did not.
When I called, they did not even have me try anything, They just issued a RMA.
