I'm planning on a getting five 250GB WD RAID edition drives and making a 1 TB RAID 5 storage for my new server. Anyone have experience with these two cards? I was planning on the 3ware card based on suggestions from another HardOCP member. Talking to some other people, they say they really like the Adaptec card due to good driver and tech support, plus they have enclosure kits that allow you to do hot-swap and what not.
They're both about the same price so I'm just looking for some opinions.
