Adaptec 2400A troubles/Adaptec RAID Installation CD

I've got a system that I'm trying to build that's using an Adaptec 2400A RAID controller. When I boot it and hit CTRL+A to go to the RAID controller setup, it says "SMOR missing" and then does nothing else. I found this PDF that has instructions on how to reset the NVRAM, and also how to do a "mode 0 reset". I tried the NVRAM flash, and there was no change, so I want to do a mode 0 reset, but I don't have the Adaptec RAID installation CD that I need to make a bootable SMOR disk. I've been searching for over an hour now and I can't seem to find an image of it anywhere on the internet. Can somebody point me in a better direction, or image their copy and send it to me (if that's legal)?
