New Daylight Savings rules could be messing it up. Might want to check for recent updates

I'm guessing that the DST update was installed. You'll need to download tzmove.exe from Microsoft's website to fix 'em.

After reviewing that link mentioned above, ... I am not sure it applies here. My situation is the following:
Running Windows Vista and Outlook 2007.
I sync with both my HP PDA as well as my Cingular Smartphone.
The appointments sync with PDA just fine.
However, when I sync with my Smartphone, ... the appointment times are 1 hour earlier.
Any ideas?

Are they 1 hour earlier on your phone, outlook, or both?
Here's a real example from today:
At the office this afternoon, found out about a meeting for tomorrow at 10AM.
So, I openned my PDA and entered in the meeting information.
When I got home, I sync'd the PDA with my Outlook (and it worked fine with the correct time).
But, when I sync'd Outlook with my Smartphone, that same appointment was recorded onto the phone as 9AM.
Very Strange
