Active Directory DNS and excluding adapters

I have a couple workstations in our network that have additional network adapters that VMware Workstation creates. Is there anyway to have these be excluded from the dynamic dns that AD does?
 
Have you tried unchecking the "Register this connections addresses in DNS" checkbox under the Advanced TCP/IP Settings page of the adapter?

Because netlogon registers same as parent domain records for the adapter independent of that tcp/ip setting. You have to perform an additional registry hack to stop that behavior.
