He says his account hasnt been acitvated and he made it on the only non-Gmail/etc email he has so can you guys activate it?
 
After he reg'd that acct, he reg'd another as Stu_L_Tissimus (still active), so the original was banned as a dupe.
 
This is what he sent me

the email account that Stu_L_Tissimus belongs to no longer exists, and ask him if he could switch around which accounts are banned?
 
Look, he never posted under either acct, so I just went ahead and deleted both of them. He can re-reg as whatever he likes.
