Has anyone here attempted to make an acrylic grill yet? I was thinking of something along the same design as an airplex evo 240. IMO it would probably look better with some LEDs mounted under it and wouldn't be too hard to make. Does anyone here that has the evo 240 grill know what the exact dimensions are? I might give this a try since it seems the actual grill is taking forever to get here.
