OK i m finally ready to hook up my WC kit to the Xaser III ( yea.. booo xaser :p blablabla wutever)

well if i was putting only 1 radiator it wouldn't be necessary to mod so much. but i have to put 2 radiators ;) i just do!

ok well first radiator will be on the top of the case.. but how? my stupid xaser has the stupid plastic crap on top and i can only get only get an 80mm radiator on it if i m lucky!

well i have to put a window on top (all the more excuse to buy more modding stuff)

i knw that you have to cut with a dremel for the top of the case,

but as for drilling and making a hole for 120mm on the window.
how will i go about doing that?

i already had one bad experience with acrylic ( it cracked)

so just wondering :) how you put in ur holes

I dont know how feesible it is to find a 120mm hole saw, but I know they make some rather large ones and they carry them at home depot. Anyway, heres one way you do it when using holesaws.
1) Tape up the entire area of the cutout on the acrylic and mark your center spot.
2) Run the drill in regular direction until you drill through the acrylic with JUST THE DRILL BIT at the center of the hole saw.
3) Reverse the direction of the drill and cut out the hole with the actual hole-saw part.
4) with the tape still on drill out your screw hoes around the new hole you just made.

I believe the largest hole saw or rather the best one is a 117mm hole saw.. and Home Depot sells this.

Harbor Freight sells holesaws cheapest and they work fine in 1/4" acrylic (as long as you are constantly spraying water on it so it doesn't melt the stuff.
