Hi,

I have never used acronis before.. I am trying to push an image to a computer.

i have the snap deploy server running on 1 computer.. i boot the other computer from an acronis boot cd. at first it wasn't detecting the nic, i found a nic, put it in the comptuer.. now that works.. it boots, the comptuer shows up in the snap deloy management console..

there is 1 image and two different templates that point to the same image..

the computer i am trying to push it to is an unconfigured dell..

i got it to look like it was going to work once, but it froze at 15%, i left it there for an hour and it didn't go any further..

i checked the templates, they look fine..

now what happens, with either template.. is it will basically fail to connect.. to have access to the computer.. but there is a message before all of that saying "remove client '192.16.1.103' from session '%template name%'

then it fails to deploy.. i tried restarting acronis..

i am not sure what is causing this.. the administrator password on the dell is blank.. its just disconnecting the computer for some reason.. and then after that its all access denied, failed to copy to.., failed to create directory, etc...

any help would be appreciated from anyone that uses this... i normally use ghost, but this one client uses different software than everyone else and had an acronis license..
