Acronis 11 Problems

Im having a weird issue with Acronis True Image Home version 11. I scheduled tasks to run every day and for the most part it works, however every week it seems the tasks fail and the schedule says "unknown" and i have to set up the tasks all over again. I am backing up to a USB 2.0 500GB My book and i have plenty of space. Any ideas why its doing this?

No, but Acronis has good tech support so email them about it. I only use the boot disk method to make image files and uninstall the other software after I have made a boot disk so haven't seen that issue.
