Hi, I have this option in my bios and I have no idea what it does.. Can someone explain and tell me if it should be enabled or disabled.
 
It's a standby mode, puts your computer to sleep, but an instant on on wake up. Keeps the ram powered up.
 
Use google for a more detailed answer, but basically.....

Suspend to Ram is also known as Hibernation. When your PC enters this mode, it dumps all data that is currently being held in your system memory into a special file on your HDD. The next time your PC is powered back up , the data is read from this file and placed back into your system memory. That file is then deleted. This will essentially leave exactly when you left off when you entered hiberation mode. I think the ACPI level is called ACPI S3. Here is a bit of information...
