Well, I have asked this over at the MSI Forums, the place where my motherboard is supported and no one seems to know the answer.
Here's my dilemma.

There's the problem I am having. I have tried all BIOS version for my MOBO and I still get these errors in my event viewer when using XP.
If I try to use Vista, I get a BSOD , BIOS is not Fully ACPI compliant. I can run Vista just fine with 2GB memory, but with 4GB, I get the Stop Error 0x000000AF - Bios is not fully ACPI compliant.
So I have finally ruled out all hardware problems and this indeed appears to be a BIOS problem with this motherboard. I have contacted MSI Support and they say to check the FAQ, check the Manual, check the Forums etc. So here I am. Manual is no help, there is nothing in the MSI FAQ and I have searched the MSI forums. I think the only way this will be resolved is with another BIOS update from MSI for this Motherboard.
Anyone have any input?
Edit: Additional Info. I've tried every BIOS version. I have tried setting BIOS to defaults. I have removed all but necessary hardware. I have upped my PSU. I have tested all memory with Vista's memory checker and memtest86 overnight on both sticks and it passes everything. I have tried everything I can think of and the error still persists. However, even after extensively testing my RAM, could it still be bad?
Here's my dilemma.

AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to create an illegal memory OpRegion, starting at address 0xffffffff, with a length of 0x1000. This region lies in the Operating system's protected memory address range (0x100000000 - 0x130000000). This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.
