I couldn't find a dedicated thread for Acoustics, so I created one.

Here are some average WU run times on Windows 10:

(Hyper-Threading is enabled on all capable CPUs)

TR 2950X@3.8GHz (DDR4-3200): ~40min
TR 1950X@3.6GHz (DDR4-3200): ~42min
i7-4790K@4.2GHz (DDR3-2133): ~51min
i7-8700K@4.7GHz (DDR4-3400): ~41min

It's interesting that the TR's are so much faster than the Intel CPU in this project. I think it might be the larger L2 cache on the TR's, but it could also be the faster RAM.

Update: After now getting some completion times on the 8700K, it looks like the TR's are faster on this project due to their 512kB of L2 cache, compared to the 256kB on the i7's. Would be interesting to see the completion times on a Skylake-X CPU, since those have 1MB of L2. Can you provide some times from your 7960X, phoenecis?
