when i have my prescott 2.8E oc'd above about 3.05 ( 216~218 * 14) i get random restarts quite often, but my processor temp never gets very high ( max like 60 reading on MBM5, but on abit mobo temp sensor so liek 54~56 max)

i haven't overclocked my RAM (3-3-3-8 shitty corsair) or increased my voltage from stock, could one of these be the problem or can i just not oc my processor very much.

note: ive got the gigabyte p4 cooler using a LGA775 converter thing to make it fit so my heatsink is pretty adequate.

any help appreciated.

no, and i have the fsb at about 215 right now and its pretty stable

should i increase the voltage?

if thats the case its most likely you need more voltage in order to make the system stable and whether you want to do that is up to you because your temps are kinda warm as is and summer time is coming up so maybe now would be a good time to invest in a nice heatsink so you can overclock further :)
