Acer just introduced a new OLED monitor, a 39" with a 800r curve and 240hz refresh rate, with a resolution of 3440 X 1440.

We are talking a PPI equivalent of a 28.5" 1080p 16:9 display. To me 27" 1080p already has too much screen door effect on it, so it's another big nope from me.

That, and the 800R curve is too small a radius for a 21:9 aspect ratio, in my opinion. 1200R would be as small as I would probably go.

Wake me up when this 2k screen is priced under 300 USD no thanks. DPI is what equal to 1080p?

Nice, but a little too big for comfort (and a crappy PPI as others have commented).

For me, 34" UW has been the sweet spot. I'd love this size at 4K UW with a decent curve and Freesync Premium support.

You then need to figure out how to drive all those pixels though
