Acer P235H - Game settings?

Hey guys, I got in on the black friday deal on newegg for the Acer P235H. It arrived today, the thing is HUGE compared to my old 19" dell hah . Only downside is that its so bright on desktop and in games & im not sure what good settings would be.

Would anyone with this monitor be able to chime in and share their gaming settings? i.e. what setting, brightness, contrast etc.

Just a quick update for anyone that is interested. I have been messing with the settings the last couple days and what I found works best for me is the following:

Brightness 20 (15-25 is a good range to be in)
Contrast 60
Colour Temp Warm

The Graphics and Movie settings are alright, but the brightness of the two is just way too much for me and my eyes.
