Picked this monitor up for the wife since she doesn't game. However, I decided to hook it up to my Shuttle and take a few pics. I'll add more later since my digicam is a battery killer and after about a dozen pics it's dead already.
2 bright pixels, but cant see them unless you squint really hard, so it's a non-issue for me at least. There is also a little bleed on the top.
System specs in sig.
HL2 and STALKER were run at 1680x1050 on high-detail 4X AA. Doom3 at 1280x1024 everything maxxed.
A little about the Acer:
22" widescreen. 1680x1050 native res. 5ms. 700:1 contrast. VGA and DVI-D inputs. 20.25 inches wide / 13-3/8 height (display) / 15-7/8 height (base). Not height-adjustable. Matte screen, TN panel.

The brightness isn't the monitor, it was a flash of lightning.
