I'm really looking to get 20+ WS LCD.

At first, I wanted a Dell 2007WFP, but didnt wanna deal with the lottery.

I like the viewsonic2025 but I was looking at the Acer also and really like it.

From what I understand, the dell can be either S-IPS, or P-MVA.
Both viewsonic and acer models use the same P-MVA panel but the acer has the glossy screen.

Both the dell and the viewsonic seem to have alot of attention while the acer stays under the radar.

To those to own the Acer 2051w, i'd like to hear some mini-reviews.

Any input, opinions, and comments welcome.

You are correct...the Acer has the same P-MVA panel as the Viewsonic VX2025WM. I have an Acer F-20 with a glossy panel and I really like the picture quality it has. Having said that..I also have a Dell 2007WFP (S-IPS) and although I don't like the anti-glare coating as much, it is a better value because of all the added features.

I hear that the 2032w and the F-20 are both IPS panels, is that confirmed??

The Acer UK site still lists "Super-IPS" for the F-20 but I think after the initial production run they moved to P-MVA. I got my F-20 just a month or so after release and I believe it is S-IPS. Unlike Dell, I think Acer planned on a lottery from the beginning because in the hidden service menu it has both "LG" (S-IPS) and "AU" (P-MVA) listed yet no specific model numbers for the panels.
