Accurate CPU Temp Software

I'm comparing the readings of cores idle/load from
1.Coretemp: 38/50
2. Intel TAT: 37/50
3. Speedfan: 20/38
4. PC Probe II (came with my P5W DH): 20/38

Which ones are the accurate ones? I'm absolutely confused.

1.Coretemp: 38/50
2. Intel TAT: 37/50

these two are more accurate.

Wow! I haven't even overclock the E4400 yet. How come I saw these 3x/4x everywhere even after pretty massive overclocking?

1.Coretemp: 38/50
2. Intel TAT: 37/50

these two are more accurate.
