By posting this, it's only going to spark the curiosity of fellow [H]'ers. Let see how long it takes for someone to discover what happened in just 40ish posts to warrant this request :-D
 
I wonder if this is stemming from sites pushing bogus GDPR information. I know where I work, we have received "automated" emails from people with blank template requests like the one in the OP.
