Keep in mind, I'm not that experienced an overclocker, so if I don't list any one thing which might be important, don't sue me. ;)

Specs;
Pentium 4 2.4c
Corsair XMS TwinMX PC3200 DDR400
Asus P4P800S mobo

2.4c @ 3.0ghz (12 x 250)
memory timings are at 2-3-3-5

Voltage settings;
cpu = 1.725v
memory = 2.85v

cpu temp is at 54C.

are these acceptable?

i'm only using this asus board till i can get my bios chip replacement for my ic7-max3 (yeah for bad flash! :()

Not a bad overclock at all!! nice job.

Vcore seems way high for that though, give it a whirl at 1.6 (maybe)

I'm still tinkering around, best stable speed i've got outta this 3ghz is 3.8 .. with boots into windows at 4ghz (on air)

the other 3ghz is stable at 3.6 (24hours of straight game serving =) after i forgot to turn it back down. No time to play with that one though to see max as it's the lan party server at the moment.

Lowered the Vcore for the cpu down from 1.725 to 1.625. Everything is still stable, I might try 1.6...

Try to bump up the fsb.

I would clock it back down to 2.4, put the memory at 1:1, then bump the fsb up 3mhz at a time to find your ram's limit.

Then go back to 5:4 and set that accordingly.

By guess is that you will end up doing 3:2 at 275MHz FSB.
