I HAVE CPU AMD IS WORK GOOD WITH "ACCELERATION"
IN VIDEO CARD HD7850 AND POWER DVD 12 (3D )

DO THE "ACCELERATION" WORK WITH INTEL Processor ???
OR
"ACCELERATION" WORK ONLY WITH"AMD" PROCESSOR ???

Yes it works, accelaration is tech which makes your video card help the cpu in order to decrase the load from it during HD movies playback and other encoding/decoding based stuff.

6311, Acceleration in this case is on the video card. So it won't matter what kind of CPU you have.
To put it another way, BOTH AMD and Intel will work just fine for you for that option.

The hardware acceleration is for transcoding video to portable media devices.
