AC97 Ports

My case originally came with AC97 headphone and microphone ports, but, my MB had HD Audio. I had to amputate the original ac97 hardware, and modify the case to get the HD audio thing to fit. I pulled the HD audio jacks out of an old computer.
But now, I'm getting a new MB.. and I can't seem to find a new AC97 thing. I don't need it integrated, just the ports. I'll modify the case again for it to fit.
Does anybody know where I can find those?
And, does anybody know if this MB has a HD audio pinout or a AC97 one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131289
