I've got a (pretty dumb) question about the cooler, ac's website states that it has compatibilty for socket am2, is that without any other mounting brackets (eg. a different one for s754 and a different one for s939).

I'am asking this because some web-shops who list the cooler say it's compatible for s754,s939,s940 and others state that it is compatible with s754,s939,s940,sAm2.

So does this cooler come with different mounting brackets or with one?

So I can be sure that the one orderd from a shop wich lists 3 sockets is the same as the one that lists 4 sockets.

(ps. I hope you fokes can understand my crappy english ;) )
 
I just installed one of these things the other day. They clamp onto the stock AMD socket-surrounding thingy that the AMD stock HSF clamps onto, and from what I understand the AM2 surrounding thingy has a similar mechanical layout, just a different hole pattern.

So you should be fine, but it'd pay to check out some tech specs.
