With Marvell driver: http://i.imgur.com/7TIIX8L.png

AS SSD Benchmark:
Seq Write: 31.82 MB/s
4k Write: 3.69 MB/s
4k-64Thrd: 2.06 MB/s

Any idea as to why my SSD write performance has gotten this bad? I don't have any test results from when I first bought the drive, which was several years ago, but it certainly wasn't like this. The trim feature and so on have been working fine, no firmware updates available, etc. I don't do a lot of writes to the drive either, so there should be no way it is reaching the end of its lifespan.

Latest firmware on your MoBo?
Latest chipset driver?

If yes to all that and you aren't close to having your SSD filled to capacity, then it may be time to get Corsair CS involved. Potentially a bad SSD.

Format the SSD and reinstall the OS. If that don't work, RMA it.

Cloned the drive onto a new 840 EVO.

AS SSD Benchmark:
Seq Write: 224.67 MB/s
4k Write: 47.41 MB/s
4k-64Thrd: 143.16 MB/s

It would be faster if my motherboard had native sata3 instead of this terrible marvell chip, but I guess my old Corsair P128 just couldn't go the distance.

Have you tried the native sata II ports. I would expect them to perform at least as well.
