Absolute best under-$60 headphones :D

Well, after a freak accident, my panasonic headphones are no long usable, so im on a mission to get new ones, i would prefer in the $30-$40, mostly becuase i only use my headphones when im on an airplane, or in the middle of the night when everones asleep (even then, i dont always use headphones, if im playing a game or something).

now, $50 would be alright, i wouldnt mind paying $10 extra, $60 is starting to push it, but the hd497s are $60 (i think?), but no more

what do you think?

im sure plenty of people will tell you to get the 497's over anything else in that pricerange

i bought some ixos 1004 ministry of sound dj headphones from bestbuy about a year ago they are very nice.. if you can find them i think they are around 40 bucks... but if you can... go for the 497's
