about to order new pc

in a little while (maybe an hour)
ill be ordering my new system specs are

CASE : NZXT Nemesis Metal Mid-Tower Case 400W W
CPU : (939-pin) AMD A64 3500+ (newcastle =/ )
MOTHERBOARD : Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 nForce4
MEMORY : 1024 MB PC3200 Dual Channel ram (Corsair Value RAM)
HARD DRIVE : Hitachi 160GB 7200RPM Serial ATA 150 8MB Cache
VIDEO CARD : Geforce 6800 GT 256MB 16X PCI E (evga)
Optical Drive : SONY DWD-22A DUAL FORMAT 16X DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW DRIVE

well yea thats pretty much it, u guys suggest any last minute changes that wont change the price too much

for the cpu i cant go venice but i dont even wanna oc prolly for a while till i read up more on it and even if i do overclock it wont be too much

is 400w enough to power that?

30 gig hd
geforce fx 5200 running at agp4x

its a crappy 3 year old HP system

My only issues would be the cases sounds fugly just by it's name, and since the PSU came with the case I'd expect it to be low quality. Can't say for sure though, personally I'd get a better PSU but others may dissagree or you may luck out.
