anyway, i use intergrated.

board type GA-MA69GM-s2h
Case : THermalTake Lanbox Lite

and i want to use both front panel and back panel audio, is it possible? (Same time of course)
 
i dont know about your case but i know the motherboard can do it, you may have to disable front panel plugin detection if the case inputs dont support it like my microfly doesnt
 
What? You want input/input on both sides? Or output/output?

You can use both sides at once (say, mic in from the front, sound out from the back), but I'm not sure you can use two mic devices. Two sound out devices maybe.
