I read on here a few days ago about how to setup a service install from a OA guy. I followed his instructions about setting it up to only run when idle and stopping when comp is in use. My problem is it wont stop when it is in use but stays at 100% cpu all the time. I dont want to go back to the GUI version but if I cant fix this I will have to revert back.

You can adjust the cpu use in the client.cfg file (edit with notepad). But in reality folding IS ONLY USING UNUSED CPU TIME, even if everytime you check it its at 100%. That just goes to show you how much of your CPU would be going to waste without folding.

Do you mean that when you're actually on the computer F@H will stop processing entirely? I believe OC-AMD's strategy is to install the screen saver version, so when you bump the mouse it'll go away completely.

However, Arkaine is correct in that it only uses cycles that would be otherwise wasted. There are only a few circumstances in which you can even tell FAH is running.

Makes sense about it being 100% as F@H using whatever is left over. Hope the Bos buys it.
