what's the chances of sempron 3100+ oc to 2.5Ghz+?
if going above 2.5Ghz+, what kind of cooling do you need?
 
If it's a revision E then I'd say you've got a pretty good chance of 2.5Ghz+. I've got a 2600 rev. E at 2.4 right now and that's only because the board wont go past 300mhz htt. I'm pretty sure it would do at least 2.6 if I had a board that could do a higher htt.

I'm using the retail heatsink on mine.
