Well... I just updated my system from a 2000+/A7V8X to a 2500+(3200+)/A7N8X-X. Im useing a Radeon 7500, and before the update I would average roughly 120fps in Unreal Gold. Now... I get 65 max. But I can set it to any resolution below 1152x864, low or high detail, and still get 65 fps. Whats wrong?

Just checked and the game doesnt have a vsynce option. Unless you meant in advanced display properties, which you would have to direct me too because I dont seem to see it.

Go to Advanced Settings under the Display Tab. Under the Direct3D tab there should be an option to turn Vsync off.

but with vsync off there is nasty tearing but running at un-noticable 100fps. the tearing some people doesn't bother them but it bothers me a whole lot which is why i have vsync on. 60fps is great.
