Abit NF7-S

clifs:
- have a Prometeia Mach1
- have the Abit NF7-S rev 2.0
- got new DDR (Kingston HyperX PC3500 2x 512MB)
- removed old ddr (512MB PC2100)
- put in new DDR, computer wouldn't boot
- reset CMOS/changed jumper
- upon turning on, three second BEEP and then a 1 second break, then three second BEEP etc...
- same thing happens with old mem

Any ideas?
