I have my E6750 running at 3.2 solid... I would like to hit 3.5 and can by setting the fsb to 440x8. Will i need to up the voltage to get this on the CPU or memory? I have crucial ballstix DDR 1066 and a corsair HX520psu... my temps are REAL good right now at 3.2 its around 27C at idle. Thanks for any info.

There's no 100% yes or no answer for this. OCing varies from chip to chip. If your memory is rated to run at 1066, then it certainly should run at 880 on rated voltage. Try it without upping the voltage, if its not stable or won't boot into windows at all... then that's a good indicator that it needs more. :p

It says the memory is currently running at (960) with it set to 400. Which kind of confused me. I ran it up to 440 which said the memory would be runnign at 1056 and 3.5ghz.... no post. I know on the AMD you ahve to knock down the HT... is there anything on the Core 2 Duo that needs to be changed? I was going to up the voltage to 1.4 and verify the memory voltage is correct and go from there.
