Abit ic7 or is7? Or something else?

Im looking to do a socket 478 oc build and im wondering if i should spend the extra and go for the ic7 or if i can cheap out and go with the is7(I wanna know if there is any significant difference between the two that can make one more worth it than the other)🤔, I am also open for other board suggestions.
