Abit IC7 NB Fan replacement

Guys, I'm sure you've heard this story more than once.. Have an IC7, the NB fan starts to sound like a dieing cat once in a while, I need to either replace it or find a NB sink that'll cool it enough so I can go fanless which I would rather do. Can anyone suggest a solution for the latter, I'd prefer no annoying fans. I do NOT OC so it doesn't need to work wonders, I HAVE searched newegg for different chipset HSF's but it's impossible to know if it will fit or work well with that mobo.

never used that board myself but if it uses hook & loop connectors this should fit

I have the same board with the first revision of the fan, when it started sqealing I just unplugged it. Been running fine as a passive HSF for the last couple of years.
